ABOUT CARL MILLER
Carl received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2004 from Utah State University and followed up with a Master of Accounting in 2005. After graduation, he attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and in 2008, concurrently received his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation.
After passing the Colorado bar exam, he worked with a “Big Four” accounting firm tax group in Denver.
In 2015, he combined his experience in tax compliance with his background in law and reached out to small business owners who are facing the maze of compliance issues that come with starting a venture.
Since 2015, he has helped business owners identify opportunities and avoid problems in a variety of industries. Carl has also worked with his family to establish a small online business to teach his kids about business principles.
When he’s not serving clients, Carl can be found on the racquetball court, soccer field, or hiking and biking in the Colorado mountains. Carl is an Eagle Scout and is active in his community serving his local Scout troop as a Scoutmaster.
